Friends of Penn State Accounts
Q. Where do I go to create a Friends of Penn State account?
A. You can create your Friends of Penn State account by going to
FPS and clicking on the "Create an Account" link.
Q. What do I do if I have forgotten/lost my Friends of Penn State
password?
A. If you created an FPS account but can't remember your password,
you can reset your password. Go to FPS and click on
the "Reset Password" link at the top. You will then be taken to a screen where you will enter your Friends
of Penn State user ID (e.g., xyz5000) in the field provided. Once you click "Submit," you will be taken to a
screen that shows your password reminder question. Enter the password reminder answer and click "Submit."
A confirmation screen appears noting that a password will be sent to the e-mail address you indicated when
you created your account. The password is a randomly generated password. Once you receive it, go to
FPS and click on the "Change Password" link at the top
of the page to establish your new password.
